This website is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no social media pixels. Messages you send through the consultation form are relayed directly to Tony's private inbox and are not stored on this website or its servers.

Information you choose to send

If you submit the consultation form, the details you enter (name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message) are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) and delivered by email directly to Tony. The website itself keeps no copy. Please keep health details brief in the form — specifics are best discussed in person or through the secure client portal.

Scheduling

Online booking is handled by SimplePractice through the secure client portal at acuneo.clientsecure.me. Information you enter there is governed by SimplePractice's own privacy practices and security measures, which are designed for healthcare privacy compliance.

Hosting & technical data

This site is served by a content delivery network (Cloudflare), which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to protect against automated abuse, per its own policies. A privacy-preserving bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may run on the consultation form to block spam; it does not track you across sites.

Your records as a client

Clinical records for clients are maintained securely and separately from this website, and are never shared without your written consent except where required by law.
